After the Rain encourages a process where we take a deeper look at the things in our life that caused us pain and process through them systematically. This biblical healing process is one of working toward healing within, by looking at the past, revisiting old wounds from a young age through adulthood. We address what is in the heart that has caused deep seeded pain and now is producing corrupt fruit. We then assess the rooted issues that have caused unhealthy belief systems, harmful coping mechanisms and a life apart from the light of God’s Word.

 

Our counseling process includes uncovering the pains of the past, feeling the pain alongside Jesus, digging out lies of the enemy and replacing them with His truth. Thereafter, choosing to offer and receive forgiveness, which brings healing and freedom so that we are able to experience a healthy relationship with God, self, and others.

 

After we have processed through the pains of the past and you are a well-watered garden flourishing with heavenly fruit, we like to conclude the counseling with a discipling process. We do so by helping you to seek God's purpose and plan for your life as you begin to dream again with the Lord. Through this discipleship you are able to discover the gifts and talents He has given you to use for His glory.

 

We desire to see an army of God that is equipped to rise up and go after the things of God. Building His Kingdom with true faith, love, hope, joy and perseverance. As a team, it is our vision and mission to see the body of Christ healthy, equipped, fulfilled and accomplishing God’s will for their lives.
